This policy describes how personal information and usage data are handled in the mobile app Time Card (the “App”). Please read it before using the App.

1. Operator & contact

2. Information we handle

The App primarily processes time punches, workplaces, and estimated pay on your device.

  • On device: punch times, breaks, workplace names and rates, notes, backup/export source data
  • Settings: language, display options, debug ad flags (debug builds only)
  • Optional external: Google Drive / iCloud backup, CSV share, crash reports, ad identifiers

The App does not store time records on the developer’s servers. Backup and sharing occur only when you use Google, Apple, or apps you choose.

3. Purposes of use

  1. Providing App features (punching, lists, summaries, widgets)
  2. Investigating bugs and improving quality (crash reports)
  3. Showing ads in release builds (Google AdMob)
  4. Backup and export when you choose them

4. Third parties & processors

4.1 Google (Firebase / Crashlytics / Analytics)

Purpose: crash and error analysis; usage trends for improvement.
Examples: stack traces, general device/OS info, non-identifying attributes such as UI theme and events.

4.2 Google (AdMob)

Purpose: ads in release builds.
Examples: advertising ID, IP address, ad interaction data.

4.3 Google (Google Drive & Sign-In)

Purpose: optional backup and restore you initiate.

Purpose: optional iCloud backup and restore on iOS.

4.5 Other

CSV and other exports go to apps you choose via the share sheet. The developer does not receive that content.

Except as required by law, the developer does not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Security

We strive to protect against unauthorized access, loss, damage, tampering, and leakage. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.

6. Retention & deletion

  • On-device data remains until you delete it via the App or OS.
  • Cloud backups are removed when you delete files on Google Drive or iCloud.
  • Crash reports follow Google’s retention policies.

7. Children

The App is intended mainly for work-related time records. Parents should guide children if they use it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when laws or features change. The “last updated” date on this page indicates the current version.

9. Your rights

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact stallions.0721@gmail.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable privacy laws and review this policy as needed.
